DIY Electrics

Our DIY Electrics course is designed to give homeowners the practical knowledge and confidence to safely manage a wide range of everyday electrical tasks around the home. Delivered as a focused, hands-on evening session, it's built to cover whatever you need within the recognised DIY framework — from understanding circuits, isolation points and safe working practices, to correctly using testing equipment and replacing common accessories such as sockets, switches and light fittings. Guided throughout by a qualified instructor, you'll come away knowing exactly what you can confidently take on yourself, and precisely when a job should be passed to a qualified electrician.
